- He is reported to have stated that President Akufo Addo intends to legalize same sex marriages in Ghana
The Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Kwasi Kyei, has claimed that the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah uses Tramadol.
It is for that reason, he went on, that Asiedu Nketiah, better known as General Mosquito, often passes undesirable comments.
According to a report by MyNewsGH.com, Dr. Kyei advised General Mosquito to desist from taking the drug, as it isn’t good for his health.
He added that it places the experienced politician in the same situation as young people who regularly abuse Tramadol.
Speaking on Kumasi-based Bohye FM, he went on to say that it is only a person who abuses Tramadol, who will say that President Akufo-Addo intends to legalize homosexuality in Ghana.
“It is not true, Nana Addo will not do such a thing. If not Tramadol abuse who will say such a thing?
If not someone who is a known abuser of Tramadol how on earth can you make such a claim? He has overly abused the drug and he is going about engaging in tramadol talk.
He has overdosed Tramadol and is suffering the side effects and saying such things. ”, he said.
Dr. Kyei further challenged General Mosquito to prove the circumstances under which President Akufo-Addo made such a statement.
