- A man of God, Prophet Emmanuel Kobi, has threatened legal action against a radio presenter, DJ Oxy
- According to him, DJ Oxy has passed untrue comments about him, with respect to plans to tarnish the image of President Akufo-Addo
The Founder and Leader of the Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, has revealed plans of going to court soon.
According to a report by GHIssues.com, the man of God has refuted claims by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oxy FM, Alfred Kwame Larbi, popularly known as DJ Oxygen.
YEN.com.gh understands that the radio presenter claimed Prophet Kobi had colluded with Former President Mahama to taint President Nana Addo’s image, prior to the 2016 elections.

The report further revealed that Prophet Kobi was promised a number of favours, including a private jet for his role in the plan.
In an interview with Rainbow Radio Online, DJ Oxy is reported to have stated that Prophet Kobi gave him a photograph of a man who bore a striking resemblance to President Akufo-Addo.
The task, he went on, was for the impression to be created that the man was an illegitimate son of the current president.
But speaking on Happy FM’s Nsem Pii on Monday, April 7, Prophet Badu Kobi refuted these claims in an interview.
However, in his reaction to the allegations, Prophet Kobi revealed that he met DJ Oxy for the first time in the year 2017, so it was impossible for him to have plotted anything against the then presidential candidate Akufo-Addo.
He went on to say that he is in consultation with his lawyers, and there are plans of establishing the truth in court as soon as possible.
