1. Low immune system

It has been shown by scientists that one of the major sources of strength in a man is in his sperms. This is the main reason that our fertility is solely based on how much protein and nutrients we have in our sperm. The sperm also does not reproduce just in a day. In fact, scientists claim that it takes between 3 to 6 days for the male’s system to produce the needed sperms. Excessive masturbation mostly leads to the system slowing down with the production of these sperms.

2. Effect on social life

Most guys who often masturbate are seen as isolated guys. These guys mostly love to be alone and away from social gatherings. They always love to be alone and hate to mingle with some other persons. This choice for loneliness often opens up doors to other forms of addiction especially when the only solace for him is the phone.

3. Heart issues

Most young males and husbands suffering heart illnesses have bad histories of masturbation addiction. The heart remains the most affected organ of the body during masturbation as addicts are bent on pressuring blood vessels to pump much blood to the penis just so the sexual motif of the act is achieved. Constant masturbation risks causing severe heartbeats (palpitations) which causes weakness and subsequent blackout should a heart attack occur.

4. Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

Urinary tract infection is a bacterial infection of the urethra, ureters, kidneys, or bladder. An infection of the bladder, which is called cystitis, is the most common type of urinary tract infection. Urethritis, or infection of the urethra, is also very common and may occur either on its own or in combination with cystitis.

If a person has a urinary tract infection, they may experience a burning pain upon urination, and your urine may be bad smelling, dark, and/or even bloody. In males, the symptoms of local irritation caused by scratching, masturbating, or an injury to the area can often mimic those of a urinary tract infection.
