- Tema-based musician, Yaa Pono, has debunked the assertion that his song 'Obiaa Wo Ne Master' was directed at Shatta Wale

- He added that the song was written long before Stonebwoy requested to be a part of it

Ghanaian musician, Yaa Pono, has refuted allegations that he wrote his popular song, “Obiaa Wo Ne Master”, simply to spite dancehall musician, Shatta Wale.

He is reported to have added that the song was recorded long before Stonebwoy came on board.

In that respect, he went on, the assertion that the song was on attack on Shatta Wale is wrong and should therefore be ignored.

The song, since its release, has become the toast of music lovers, with many Ghanaians reading various meanings into it.
