- The FA boss is currently attending a FIFA meeting in Cairo, Egypt
- National security services are on standby to perform the order from President Akufo Addo
As the story has broken, the President of the republic, Nana Akufo Addo, has ordered for the rest of GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi. The charge under which the football capo is being pursued is fraud under false pretense.
According to early reports coming in, the false pretense in this situation is that Mr Nyantakyi entered into deals with the name of the president. However, these deals were without Mr Akufo Addo's knowledge.

The question on everyone's lips now is where the GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi is. According to sources, Mr Nyantakyi is in Cairo on a FIFA meeting. On June 13th, the organisation will vote on the country that gets to host the Mundial in 2026.
Members of the Ghana Football Association are not talking to the media. While others say they know nothing about the arrest order, others are not responding to lines of communication.
Earlier on Tuesday morning, host of Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', Kwame Sefa Kayi, hinted that an expose by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, had an angle to President Akufo Addo. YEN.com reported this.
It remains to be seen if there will be a response from the GFA. But what will happen now is that national security services will be on standby awaiting the man in question now, Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi.
