Ghanaian musician and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, better known as A Plus, has revealed details about the expenses incurred on a plane ticket by a public official.
According to a report by MyNewsGH.com, he stated that a government appointee, whose identity is yet to be revealed, spends GHc100,000 on a plane ticket.
He added that there is a lot going happening on the blindside of President Akufo-Addo.
A Plus’ comments were part of a post he released on Facebook, a social media site about the arrest of Kwesi Nyantakyi, the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
He went on to, in a sardonic tone, express confidence in the fact that the public purse is indeed being protected.
In his opinion, the arrest of the popular football administrator is merely a cover up for recent GVGKelni scandal that has hit the Ministry of Communications.
He went on to say that together with the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, they have accused the Minister of Communications, Ursula Owusu of corruption.
