It's been days since the epic video of the investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, provoked the arrest of Kwesi Nyantakyi.

The embattled GFA president is currently under investigation. His house was searched after a 5 hour questioning by the Criminal and Investigative Department (CID).
So far, YEN.com.gh has picked up some information on how more government officials and key state personalities including members of parliament will be implicated in the video.
The government could learn some lessons from this development especially when Ghana football has the potential of attracting many investments:

2. Ghana football could spark a global perception of corruption and exploitation. This is mostly the case when the country's major national football team was kicked out from the 2018 World Cup.
3. Politicisation of Ghanaian football is one of the suspicions the expose by Anas has had on many. This is mostly the case in which how the embattled GFA president, Kwesi Nyantakyi, is documented to have engaged the influence of many political figures in the country.
4. The presidential influence on Ghana football can be termed as an impact this scandal had on Ghana football especially when Nana Addo unilaterally ordered for the arrest of Kwesi Nyantakyi.
So far, World football association, FIFA, has commented on the matter saying it will be monitoring closely development thing Ghana football as concerns have been made over whether Nana Addo had the moral right to interfere in the scandal.
Should he be jailed, FIFA has the potential of embarking on major reactions. But as it stands now, the investigative piece by Anas Aremeyaw Anas will continue to have an explosive effect on the country's football.
