According to Rosemond Brown, her disappointment was rooted in the fact that Kwesi Nyantakyi had been implicated in an alleged bribery scandal and was ‘chopping’ the money alone even though places like orphanages needed funds to be able to run effectively.

Rosemond Brown added that in Kwesi Nyantakyi’s next life, he would not dare involve himself in any acts of corruption judging by how he had been implicated in the current investigative piece.

The outspoken actress said that even though money was good, one should not make it a habit of spending all kinds of money regardless of its source.

On Tuesday May 22, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo ordered for the arrest of Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi following a private viewing of Anas’ ‘Number 12’ video which sought to expose corruption in Ghana football.

Mr. Nyantakyi who was out of the country when the order was made, had to cut short his trip to Morocco and avail himself to the Criminal Investigations Department in Accra to assist in investigations.

He is alleged to have said, ““Ghana is the easiest place to do business. All you have to do is to give the President of Ghana $5m and the Vice President $3m. I have the President in my pocket. I see him every day. As for the refs, all you need is to give them GHC20 and girls and they are sorted.”

The above comments allegedly made by the FA chief along with others sighted in snippets of the soon-to-be-released video necessitated the ‘arrest of Mr. Nyantakyi.
