- Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr says the Anas project is only a trap for people who do not have integrity
- Kweku Baaku Jnr however, insisted that he will only fall victim to Anas' trap if women are involved
The Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Makil Kweku Baako, believes he is very likely to fall for any bait in which a lovely voluptuous lady is used.
According to him, he has a ‘weaknesses for pretty ladies who boast eye-catching ‘assets’, insisting he is only being honest.
The veteran journalist was speaking on the Saturday, May 26, 2018, edition of Multi TV’s News File programme.

Host of the show Samson Lardi Anyenini argued that the methods of investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas constituted entrapment and were bound to catch virtually anybody who finds himself in such a trap.
Giving his own take, Mr. Baako said even he would fall flat if a pretty lady was used to trap him.
“I thought you were going to talk about ‘the apple’… You can catch me, maybe, there. It’s true. I have weakness there. So, it’s possible. … If it’s a woman who comes and is beautiful and has assets, I may fall for it. …And I am being honest. My wife is watching. When I get home, there’ll be some few canes,” he said.
He was, however, quick to point out that people with integrity should be able to find their way past any form of entrapment.
According to him, one with integrity should always be able to stand by his values no matter the situation and coercion.
Mr. Baako added that Anas does not entrap people out of the blue but does it only after receiving consistent reports or complaints of wrongdoing about certain people, which trigger his modus operandi to confirm the reports.
Anas is set to premier his latest investigative piece titled ‘Number 12’ at the Accra International Conference Center on June 6, 2018.
The exposé is centred on unravelling the rot in Ghana football, and has already implicated GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi, who was interrogated last week after being reported to the CID by President Akufo-Addo.
Nyantakyi is reported to have been captured in the exposé using the names of the President and other government officials to negotiate deals with foreign investors.
