Anas releases animated video of 'Number 12' exposé

- Anas' latest exposé will start premiering on Wednesday

- Anas has released what looks like an animated version of the video

With just about 24-hours to the premiering of his much-awaited 'Number 12' expose, investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, has released a teasing promotional video to whet the appetite of Ghanaians.

In the video sighted by, Anas uses animated characters to tell the story of how the Ghanaian football scene is corrupted.

The video starts with a character who is believed to be an official of the football association who is handed a briefcase full of cash.

After beaming with smiles, the official meets with a government official where deliberations are done and coefficients to share the money are determined.

The money then trickles down and a coach of a team is seen begging players to lose a match that was about to be played for reasons unknown.

The animated video released on Tuesday morning is already going viral on social media.

While Anas did not explicitly state that the animated video is from the main exposé, it is looking like so.

Anas' latest exposé, centering on corruption in Ghana football, has already put FA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi in trouble as he is being currently investigated for using President Nana Akufo-Addo's name to solicit bribes.

The video premiere will take place at the Accra International Conference Centre on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th June, in Kumasi on Saturday, 9th June and Sunday 10th June.

Tamale will watch on 13th June with Takoradi having its turn on 16th June 2018.
