Liverpool’s German shot-stopper, Loris Karius has reportedly been dumped by his girlfriend, Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack following life threatening messages after the Reds’ Champions League defeat last month in Kiev, Ukraine.
According to a UK Daily Star report, the TV personality who was pictured alongside Karius recently, took to the social media to deny any form of relationship with the under fire goalkeeper after the German’s howlers against Real Madrid.
"This weekend I have been called every offensive name under the sun, with `wh0re’ being the most common."
“I have been threatened that I will be stabbed in my organs, that my family will be killed, being told they are already dead, being told to kill myself, that the Russian mafia are after me etc etc.
“I’ve laughed it off, deleted as many comments as I can, because I do think you’re all a bunch of lunatics.
“However in what world is this okay?
“I’m honestly baffled at the sanity of some people.
“I’m not entirely sure what I have been accused of in the Russian press but I have been SINGLE for the last year,” the 27-year-old who is currently holidaying in Ibiza pleaded in a social media post.
Reacting further, Ianthe who also doubles as a model urged distractors to check themselves before reaching out to others.
“If you’re thinking of sending me another message telling me to ‘die b*tch’ blah blah blah just take a minute to assess your life.”
Interestingly, Ianthe will be the third model that will be linked to the Liverpool shot-stopper after dating two supermodels Annelie Alpert and Pamela Reif.
The German was seen being quickly ushered through security at the airport to an unknown destination according to the Sun.
However, the 24-year-old shot-stopper was anxious to escape the hullabaloo surrounding his horrendous display during Liverpool’s 3-1 loss to Real Madrid.
