The suit relates to statements reportedly made by the MP against Anas. He is alleged to have stated that he knows some properties owned by the journalist and is ready to reveal the details concerning them.
He earlier released his version of a video that allegedly captured Anas engaged in fraudulent deals.
Agyapong is reportedly on a business trip to China, and for that reason, is yet to be served with a writ with respect to the suit.
Bukarson however stated that the MP will be served as soon as he returns to Ghana.
He noted that ‘’Anas is very strong, focused and determined. Anas is very relaxed and anyone attempting to write anything negative about Anas will be wasting his or her time.”
He went on to say that the journalist is not perturbed by the actions of the MP, and will therefore remain focused and will only end his quest to expose rot in society when corruption is eradicated in the world.
