Kweku Baako and Anas pleading with my key witnesses to recant- Ken Agyapong

-Kennedy Agyapong has revealed that Kweku Baako and Anas are trying to influence his key witnesses that he will go to court with.

Maverick politician and Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has accused veteran journalist, Kweku Baako Abdul Malik and his mentee investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas of trying to influence his key witnesses to to recant.

In a report first filed by Mynewsgh.com, the Member of Parliament said the two are very afraid of his ‘Who Watches the Watcman’ exposé and have resorted to behind-the-scenes negotiation with his people.

Why is Kwaku Baako going around begging them?” Kennedy Agyapong asked.

He continued that even if they succeed in getting all ‘his people’ to change their stories, he has a way out.

‘I have their voice and videos on record,’ he boasted.

After the release of Anaa Aremeyaw Anas’s famous ‘Number 12’ video that revealed the rot in Ghana football, the MP has levelled several allegations against the journalist saying he is corrupt and his methods should not be trusted among other things.

Following that, Anas has also filed a defamation suit against Kennedy Agyapong but the Member of Parliament says Anas will lose.

My interest is that, firstly, his procedures are wrong. Secondly, Anas, who is investigating others should first investigate himself because he is more corrupt than anybody he has exposed. If Kwesi Nyantaky took $65,000, Anas takes $100,000,” Agyapong added

The MP also said that no member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) which he belongs to can stop him from backtracking.
