Explaining further, the Lynx Entertainment artiste stated that he does not like Patapaa's style of music.
“He wants me for a feature and I said no because I’m not ready…Patapaa’s kind of songs is not me. He is making too much noise,” he stated.
Kuami Eugene's statement has elicited many responses from social media users, many of whom think have deemed it as derogatory.

While Kuami Eugene (born Eugene Marfo) has been the poster boy for Ghanaian Highlife since he burst onto the scene last year with his mega hit, 'Angela', Patapaa has been everything unconventional in the Ghanaian music industry.
His 'One Corner' song, though poorly produced according to critics, went international and he has been riding on that since 2017.
Patapaa is currently one of the most popular music artistes in Ghana.
