- The video advert of a new church in Accra has gone viral
- The video has the church's leader asking Ghanaians to visit the church with empty bags for him to fill them with money
Once again, a video concerning the activities of a Christian prophet who calls himself 'angel' is going viral on the Ghanaian social media space.
But this time, it has nothing to do with the controversial Bishop Daniel Obinim but one pastor, Bishop Richard Owusu 'Bohyeba' who also describes himself as 'sika bɔfoɔ' which literally translates as 'money angel'.
The video sighted by YEN.com.gh which is advertising the pastor's church suggests he is a specialist in getting rid of poverty from people's lives.
In the over three minute video, a lot of money around with some incantations and rituals going on in what looked like a church auditorium.
After some time the pastor comes in to announce that Friday, June 22, 2018 is his birthday and because of that, he will be dashing money in his church.
According to him, God had given him the power to deliver Ghanaians from poverty and he could 'charm' money into people's bags by speaking in a microphone.
He thus urged Ghanaians to come to his church with empty bags on bag Friday and get them filled with money.
'I'm ready for God to use me to help you. So I want you to come here this Friday for me to help you because it is my birthday. I do not need anything from but just your empty bag. I want you to get money so that you life will change,' he stated.
Looking at the start of the advert, one can deduce that Bishop Owusu is the head of the Jesus Favour Chapel International.
The church, YEN.com.gh gathers, is primarily based in the Western Regional capital of Takoradi and is trying to get a foothold in Accra.
