Late Ebony's alleged husband-to-be pops up

A young man believed to be in his mid-30s has pop up, claiming to be the boyfriend of the late, dancehall queen, Ebony Reigns.

According to the young man, the late Ebony was his wife-to-be, but her untimely death has cut his ambition of getting married to the Ghanaian musician.

Speaking in a yet to be released interview with, the man who gave his name as Kofi Essel was seen in a teaser video narrating how he met the late dancehall diva.

Kofi Essel who hails from Abenado Domenasi in the Central Region, in his conversation revealed how he first met Ebony, and disclosed who proposed after their first date in the full interview, which will be released on Monday, June 25, 2018.

The untimely demise of Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, aka Ebony left dozens of Ghanaians both home and abroad terrified.

Ebony met her untimely death on Thursday, February 8, 2018, in a tragic accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi highway while returning to Accra from a private trip.

The musician died through the accident together with one of her closest friend, as well as her personal bodyguard.

The Jeep vehicle in which Ebony and her friends were travelling in allegedly collided head-on with a VIP bus, which was approaching them with top speed at night.

The late Ebony was finally laid to rest at the Osu cemetery in Accra on Saturday, March 24, 2018, where friends and family gathered to bid farewell to the singer.

Meanwhile, on Monday will release the full interview of Ebony’s alleged husband, Kofi Essel, detailing how he met the late dancehall artiste.
