Nyantakyi taught me how to scam people – Anas Aremeyaw Anas

- Anas Aremeyaw Anas has revealed that Kwesi Nyantakyi taught him how to scam people

- His comment was in reaction to a threat by Nyantakyi to expose him

- Nyantakyi has meanwhile been banned from all football-related activities for 90 days

Ghanaian investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, has claimed that the Former President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi taught him how to scam people.

According to a report by 3news.com, the ace journalist revealed that he did not entrap the former sports administrator, as it is being claimed in sections of the media.

He stated that contrary to popular belief, Nyantakyi voluntarily opened up on strategies to adopt to make money from the GFA as well as other people.

He went on to say that “an investigative journalist does real-time investigations and not through a contrived scheme of entrapment.”

Nyantakyi was captured on tape taking money from undercover investigators and discussing strategies to employ to “take over” the country.

He has since resigned as the GFA boss as well as the Vice President of Confederation of African Football (CAF).

FIFA also handed him a 90-day ban from any football related activities and he has been removed as a council member of FIFA.

Anas had however petitioned football governing body with documentary evidence, asking for a life ban for Nyantakyi for misconduct.
