- Kuami Eugene had said Patapaa is a noisemaker and not a musician
- Patapaa took offence and released a ‘diss’ song to shade Kuami Eugene
- But Kuami Eugene said he won’t record a counter diss song for Patapaa
YEN.com.gh reported the news of Kuami Eugene labelling his colleague musician Patapaa as a noise maker.
Kuami Eugene said in an interview monitored by YEN.com.gh on GHOne TV that he would not waste time to have any collaboration with Patapaa because the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker is simply too noisy.
This seemingly derogatory remarks did not go down well with Patapaa who released a song to shade Kuami Eugene.
Patapaa revealed in the diss song how Kuami Eugene released bad flatulence at him during the 2018 Ghana Meets Naija.
This weird revelation by Patapaa was embarrassing to Kuami Eugene because many Ghanaians laughed at him.
Others have also expected Kuami Eugene to release a counter diss song for Patapaa, but the ‘Angela’ hit maker said that would never happen.
According to a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Citinewsroom.com, Kuami Eugene said it is not necessary to spend time to go through the process of music production just to insult a fellow artiste.
“If I will record a song, it will be to wish Patapaa well. I don’t think I have the time to write and produce a diss song for another artiste,” Kuami Eugene reportedly said in that interview.
Kuami Eugene has since his ‘unfortunate’ remarks apologized to Patapaa and Ghanaians, and asked to be forgiven.
He has released in latest song, ‘Wish me well’ which has garnered nearly five hundred thousand views as at Wednesday, June, 27, 2017, on You Tube.
