- Kennedy Agyapong wants Anas Aremeyaw Anas jailed for his dubious acts
- The Assin Central legislator believes the journalist has traumatized and left families very sad
- Anas, on the other hand, is challenging Mr. Agyapong to go to court if he has issues with him
Maverick politician, Kennedy Agyapong, is still on an avid search for justice against the investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas for airing the Number 12 video.
The investigative journalist, on July 28th, appeared on major radio platforms including Joy FM to answer questions from Ghanaians regarding his investigations.
In one of his conversations, Anas revealed he was never remorseful over the decision to show parts of the video to the president and vice.
Kennedy Agyapong believes Anas Aremeyaw has used dubious means to come out with his investigative works. According to the Assin Central member of parliament, many families have been ruined and left traumatized by the deeds of Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
This development, Kennedy Agyapong believes, must get Anas Aremeyaw Anas jailed by the end of the week.
“I am not taking this lightly, I will make sure today or tomorrow I get him arrested,” he told Joy News’ Kojo Yankson in an interview.
A documentary dubbed ‘Who Watches the Watchman’ was premiered Wednesday night in which the MP sought to expose the investigative journalist for allegedly extorting money from people he had investigated so that he will 'kill' their stories.
