- Shatta Wale and Michy broke up in April
- After four months, they are reported to have come back
- But Michy has dispelled that report, saying she is still single
Controversial dancehall star, Shatta Wale, and his baby mama, Michy, announced the breakup on social media earlier in April.
They washed their dirty linen on social media, with Shatta Wale accusing Michy of chasing him around with a knife.
Michy also accused Shatta Wale of abusing her, and also threatening her with a gun at the least provocation.
She also claimed that Shatta did not acquire his two mansions through proper means, daring him to tell the whole world how he got his two mansions.
Following this backdrop, Michy declared on social media that she was “single and free from oppression.”
However, four months down the line, they were reported to have settled their differences and come back to each other again.
A video was reportedly leaked from Shatta Wale’s camp announcing the reunion.
But Shatta Michy has said there is nothing like that, revealing that she is still single.
Michy made this revelation on GHONE on Friday, June 6, 2018, when she appeared as a guest for the ‘Late Afternoon Show’.
Other guests were Deborah Vanessa, a blogger, and other representative from GHONE TV.
The topic for discussion was “Social media trolling: who is to blame.”
According to Michy, she doesn’t even know who Shatta Wale is, stating in plain terms that she is still single.
This was when Berla Mundi asked her to confirm her coming back to Shatta Wale.
Michy said “Who is that? Please I am still single. We are just co-parenting. I have not moved back to anyone’s house.”
YEN.com.gh observed from Michy’s facial expression that she was serious about still being single.
It is hoped that whatever is deepening the sour relationship between the two would be settled soon.
