Chelsea star Eden Hazard has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for Spanish champions Barcelona who are said to be ready for a deal to sign the Belgium international.
Over the past few Premier League seasons, Eden Hazard has been impressive for the Blues and he is also a target for Barcelona's La Liga rivals Real Madrid.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, Barcelona have been exploring the possibility of getting Hazard on-board and also tempt him with the opportunity of him playing in the Champions League next term.
Chelsea failed to qualify for the 2018/19 Champions League, and the report also added that the Blues' owner Roman Abramovich is considering selling Eden Hazard to Barcelona.
Eden Hazard has been identified as the type of signing required to bolster Ernesto Valverde’s squad.
