- Ibrah-1 has revealed that he was on a mission to gain popularity a month ago
- According to him, he needed to get the world to hear his cry at a tough moment of his life
Young Ghanaian millionaire Ibrahim Dauda has revealed that his SnapChat video, in which he mentioned a number of high-profile personalities as being involved in questionable businesses, was all an attention-seeking gimmick.
Ibrah is known for usually flaunting his luxury cars, apartments and other glittering things on his social media handles.
However, early this year, he came under the spotlight after he was accused of defrauding one of his friends of an amount of $400,000.
Subsequent reports suggested he had been arrested and detained by Interpol after joint investigations with the Criminal Investigations Department of Ghana Police.
Some videos also surfaced on the internet suggesting that he was actually at a Police station to give his statement.
And although the Police later denied arresting him, Ibrah took to SnapChat to threaten that if he is to go down then he will “expose” all the celebrities who are also into questionable businesses.
He mentioned the likes of Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong, Nigerian hotshot Davido, singer Becca and Zylofon Media boss Nana Appiah Mensah, as high-profile persons who were not also clean.
However, in a latest interview, Ibrah has disclosed that he mentioned that said named just to gain attention from the public.
Speaking on the #EwithBecks show on Joy Prime, the young millionaire said he decided to ply that route because he felt his life had been threatened after some business associates had attempted to blackmail and get him behind bars due to a business transaction.
