Latest sensational singer, Wendy Shay, seems to be on the moon with the feat she has attained since she released her debut ‘Uber Driver’.
In a latest video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Wendy announced with her caption to that video that her first song ‘Uber Driver’, has hit one million views in six weeks.
Wendy who appears very excited about this success also wrote that her fans and followers deserve an accolade for the support given her.
She then announced that her next banger would be dropping any moment from now.
Wendy Shay wrote: “Under 6 weeks my first single Uber driver has earned 1 million views on YouTube ..I’m really blessed ..I’m grateful for every support as well as the critics ..next banger is dropping any moment from now cos y’all deserve some accolades ♥️ ..shaytants to the world #rufftownrecords#wendyshaytotheworld #teamshay.”
The eyes of YEN.com.gh caught some interesting and motivational comments in the comments session of Wendy shay’s post.
This comment was made by ace radio presenter Abeiku Santana.
After congratulating Wendy on her one million views on Uber Driver, Abeiku further advised her to stay focus on her career and never to pay attention to doomsayers, fake prophets, and critics.
Abeiku’s comments come on the heels of a prophecy by one self-acclaimed man of God who claims that he saw in a vision that Wendy Shay would be buried as a nurse.
These kind of death prophecies became the norm after the death of dancehall star Ebony Reigns.
It is unclear why these so-called prophets only focus on celebrities, especially those in music and movies.
Wendy Shay’s response to Abeiku’s comment revealed that she is not scared of such ‘fake’ prophecies.
Wendy thanked the presenter for “encouraging” her with his comforting words.
She added that “real people” like Abeiku Santana help her to stand firm in the industry.
Wendy Shay revealed in an earlier report published by YEN.com.gh that it is normal for people to compare her with the late Ebony Reigns.
According to her, they are both unique in their own ways, however, she would never be offended when such comparisons are made.
