World Cup winning France arrive Paris aboard Air France airline on Monday

- World champions France have arrived Paris after conquering the world in Russia

- The Blues defeated Croatia 4-2 in the final of the championship on Sunday

After conquering the world on the pitch, victorious France national team have returned home with the World Cup title.

The Blues clinched their second ever FIFA title at the senior level after beating Croatia 4-2 in the final at the Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday, July 15.

Didier Deschamps team landed in Paris barely 24 hours after lifting the title in Moscow yesterday evening.

They flew in Air France air bus and landed at Paris Charles De Gaulle airport around 5pm local time on Monday.

At the opening of the door, captain Hugo Lloris stepped out alongside the winning coach Deschamps with the trophy by his side.

Some fans were already waiting at the port to welcome them with celebratory parade across the capital city.

France became World champions for the second time after a 4-2 victory over Croatia in the Russia 2018 World Cup final.

It was an entertaining fixture played at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow in front of the 50,000 capacity.
