According to Ghanasoccernet.com, there will be a star-studded representation on the night of the Azumah Nelson celebratory boxing night.
Ghanaian football icons including Abedi Pele and Stephen Appiah are among the elite individuals gracing the occasion.
The bout night which will be held on Saturday July 21, brings together well-wishers of the boxing legend from all parts of the country to watch his favourite sport at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
Nelson, nicknamed 'The Professor', turned 60 on Thursday July 19; the night that will feature a number of boxing bouts between little-known professionals and amateurs is in celebration of Azumah's 60th birthday.
It is expected that ex-Ghana winger Laryea Kingston, and a former board chairman of Hearts of Oak, Harry Zakkour, will be there too.
The WBC is expected to award him with a special recognition on Saturday night as part of an elaborate planned programme to celebrate The Professor.

Some notable political personalities are expected to be at either the boxing show or a later birthday party or probably both.
