5 ministers Akufo-Addo may soon kick out of government

YEN.com.gh, in an earlier report, revealed plans of a possible reshuffle of ministers in Ghana in the current administration.

In the light of this development, some ministers may certainly experience restless nights, as the possibility of losing their jobs has risen astronomically.

YEN.com.gh brings to you 5 ministers, who may be kicked out of office when President Akufo-Addo cuts down the number of ministers serving in his government:

1. Information Minister – Dr. Mustapha Abdul – Hamid:

Taking charge of the dissemination of information, especially from the presidency is indeed a tough call.

The current administration, has in its 20 months of running the affairs of the state, has been linked to a number of controversies. It may be time to change the man in charge.

2. Trade & Industry Minister – Alan John Kyeremanteng:

Popularly known as Alan Cash, he isn't a new face at the Trade Ministry. President Akufo-Addo's first reshuffle may see him trying his expertise at a different ministry.

3. Business Development Minister – Ibrahim Mohammed Awal

Not much has been heard of him ever since he assumed office. His task is primarily linked to the creation of business opportunities in the country, especially for entrepreneurs.

Fresh hands may soon be asked to handle the ministry.

4. Health Minister – Kwaku Agyemang Manu

The Ministry of Health has faced a number of challenges since the Akufo-Addo government took charge.

Reports of outbreaks of diseases, especially in Senior High Schools have given some Ghanaians a reason to worry.

5. Sanitation and Water Resources – Joseph Kofi Adda

Ghana's battle with challenges of sanitation has been continues unabated. Filth that accumulates at popular markets at places such as Kaneshie and Makola , especially after heavy rainfalls, gives Ghanaians a reason to worry.
