Arsenal manager Unai Emery has confirmed that Englishman Danny Welbeck will not leave the Emirates stadium this month despite being linked with a move to Everton.
Welbeck has fallen behind Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in his preferred center-forward position and has also been linked with a switch to Besiktas.
But Unai Emery who replaced Wenger at the Emirates claimed only Jenkinson, David Ospina and Joel Campbell will be allowed to leave in August.
“Today, we had a meeting with the players to close all the possibilities to bring more players. We only have three players: Carl Jenkinson, David Ospina and Joel Campbell, with the possibility to leave,''. Unai Emery explained.
