YEN.com.gh has come across the 'controversial' video which sought to indicate that award-winning entertainers, John Dumelo and Joselyn Dumas were an item and kept their relationship secret for 2 years.
The video which appeared to have been 'distorted', revealed that Joselyn, in responding to one of the questions asked by show host, Abeiku Santana, answered that she dated John Dumelo for 2 years.
The video insinuated that the two celebrities starred in three movies back-to-back and ended up falling in love leading to their 2-year relationship.
However, the Ghanaian actress and on-air-personality, Joselyn Dumas denied reports that she once had an amorous relationship with the popular actor.
The actual video, which was posted on the Instagram handle of the 'Atuu' Show, made it clear that the first video making rounds was 'doctored.
"I didn't go out with John Dumelo. I didn't have a crush on him but I was very fond of him," she responded to a question from host Abeiku Santana.

She added: "He liked me and I liked him and he was very good friend."
Joselyn Dumas took to her social media handles to open up on the matter and expressed her disappointment in the misrepresentation of facts.
There has been an official apology to the actress for any harm the first report may have caused.
Some celebs including Nana Aba Anamoah, have called out the move and expressed their disappointment over the issue.
Dumelo married Gifty Mawunya Nkornu on Saturday, May 12, 2018, in a traditional marriage ceremony at Lashibi in Accra.
Rumors were rife that the popular actor had left many other ladies to settle with Gifty.

Born Joselyn Canfor-Dumas in Ghana on August 31, 1980, she had her basic education at Morning Star School and proceeded to the Archbishop Porter Girls High School where she became the Entertainment Prefect.
Joselyn furthered her studies in the United States where she earned a Degree in Administrative Law. She was a practising paralegal until she relocated to Ghana to follow her dreams of becoming a Television personality.
She started as host of Charterhouse’s 'Rhythmz', an entertainment show, which saw her interview many celebrities. She was later headed for Viasat 1 to host their flagship talk show, The One Show, which was aired from 2010 to 2014.
She recently joined Joy FM as the co-host of their drive time show.
