- Industry players in Ghana are killing female talents
- They demanded for my 'tonga' but i refused
Top Ghanaian songstress, Feli Nuna, has stressed that industry players are killing female talents in Ghana.
According to a report by MynewsGH.com sighted by YEN.com.gh, there have been several revelations by female artistes on the demand for their ‘tongas’ before they are helped by some male industry players.
However, these allegations have not been given a serious consideration and therefore the act continuously persists.
In an interview with SVTV, Feli expressed her disappointment in the industry because most female talents have been silenced just because they did not agree to give out their ‘tongas’ for favours.
“I’ve faced the challenge before in the past when I was coming up,” she confirmed.
Feli continued, “Although I didn’t give in but that’s the major reason why female musicians are unable to compete with the men.
