Rev. Obofour sprays bundles of money at funeral grounds

The founder and leader of Anointed Palace Chapel, Rev. Obofour has wowed social media with a new video in which he was seen throwing bundles of money in the air at a funeral ground amidst people singing his praises.

In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the popular Kumasi-based man of God was seen being heavily-guarded onto the funeral grounds by macho men who cleared the way for him.

The pastor was swamped by many people who had heard of his exploits. Immediately he got into the premises, he took out money from his pockets and splashed it in the air.

All those who were following him and singing his praises, broke out into a frenzy as they struggled to get some of the money.

He took out another budle and threw it into the air and it landed on the roof of one of the canopies and people scrambled to get a hold of the money ignoring the fact that it could injure others.

The popular man of God was later seen commiserating with the bereaved family as he hugged some of them and some knelt before him.

Not too long ago, Rev. Asanteman Bofour, known widely as Rev. Obofour, was in the news for releasing his $450,000 2018 Rolls Royce Phantom.

It is reported that he also gave away some 15 cars to some people including an actress in popular TV series, “Efiewura”.

Rev. Obofour is reported to be a former protégé of Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom and has made a name for himself with the huge following he has attracted.

The man of God noted for ‘arresting’ and exposing witches is arguably becoming one of Kumasi’s most influential Men of God.

He is noted for his many miracles and the way he parades people reported to be possessed in front of his church for exorcism.

The man of God is a huge fan of award-winning dancehall act, Shatta Wale as he has been seen in videos performing some of his songs including ‘Taking Over’ in his church.
