Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah on Sunday, August 12, showed a kind gesture to a young pitch invader is his club's Premier League win over West Ham United at Anfield.
The Reds began their campaign in the 2018/19 Premier League season with an emphatic win in front of their faithfuls.
But the match was interrupted at one point when a young pitch invader leaped over the advertising hoardings and ran onto the field of play.
The Egypt international however dealt with the situation in a brilliant way hugging the youngster, chatting to him, and quickly and kindly escorting him off the pitch.
Mohamed Salah's gesture on the pitch against the young invader made lots of fans happy at Anfield according to the report by UK Mirror.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Liverpool recorded a commanding 4-0 victory over West Ham at Anfield in their first Premier League fixture of the 2018/19 season on Sunday, August 12.
Mohamed Salah who won the golden boot award last season scored the first goal in the 19th minute, while Sadio Mane netted twice in the 45th and 53rd minute before Daniel Sturridge scored the fourth goal for Liverpool in the 88th minute.
