Ghanaians ‘attack’ Mzbel for calling for John Mahama’s return to power
Ghanaian musician, Belinda Nana Akua Amoah, better known as Mzbel, has been subjected to verbal attacks on social media.
Taking to social media, they condemned her comments to the effect that President Akufo-Addo has to stand aside for Former President Mahama to assume office as president.
She reportedly stated that President Akufo-Addo has failed to honour promises made to Ghanaians during the 2016 elections campaign.

This did not go down well with a cross-section of Ghanaians who disagreed with her comments.
President Akufo-Addo campaigned on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during the 2016 elections. He was sworn into office on January 7, 2017.
