Ghana's second lady Samira Bawumia turned 38 today, August 20, and her husband Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia was quick to pen her a birthday wish on social media.
The Vice President took to Twitter to expressed his love to his lovely wife on the latter's birthday.
He wrote, "A happy birthday to my lovely wife @SBawumia . You continue to be my rock. Love you very much. Wishing you God's blessings on this special day."
Dr. Bawumia has been by her wife's side for the past 10 years and their marriage has inspired young couples on the need to be truthful to each other.
Samira took office on January 7, 2017, as Ghana's second lady.
She succeed Mrs. Matilda Amissah-Arthur.
