- Shatta Wale is embarking on a media tour ahead of his ‘Reign’ album launch
- Wale has said his scheduled interview at Joy FM was cancelled at Mark Okraku Mantey's order
- Shatta Wale has said the whole of Ghana would fight for him over this embarrassment
YEN.com.gh has sighted a post by controversial Dancehall star Shatta Wale claiming that an interview he was supposed to have on Joy FM had to be canceled.
Shatta Wale, as part of his media tour ahead of his ‘Reign’ album launch, was due for an interview on Joy FM, but that couldn’t happen.
In a tweet, the ‘Taking Over’ hitmaker revealed that Mark Okraku Mantey, who is a department head the radio station, canceled his interview, indicating that he was not happy with that at all.
He expressed anger at the happening, and warned that the whole of Ghana is going to fight Mark Okraku Mantey for embarrassing him in that manner.
Shatta Wale wrote: “So today today Mark Okraku mantey , You can be bold and say Multimedia is under you so you have the right to Say Lagazey shouldn’t interview me !! This time Ghana go fight for me !! .”
Truly too, his fans have taken a swipe at Okraku Mantey for what some of them described as hatred for the artiste on his part.
Hulex, for instance, warned Okraku Mantey to leave Shatta Wale alone
Moses also had a similar warning for Mark.
Jankro called for his fellow Shatta Movement fans to "rise up".
Kweku was also angry with Mark.
The cancellation of Shatta Wale’s interview by Mark seems to be the reviving of the feud that existed between them.
Some time ago, Shatta Wale was engaged in a media war with some of his colleague artistes, including some from Nigeria.
Mark waded into the controversy, calling Shatta Wale a disrespectful person.
It seems Mark is not ready to forgive Shatta Wale soon for which reason he called for his interview to be canceled.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has been to other media stations including Citi FM, Happy FM, Starr FM, and GHone TV, just to mention a few for his ‘Reign’ album media launch.
