Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale is on a media tour promoting his upcoming album, The Reign. Earlier on Tuesday, the self-acclaimed dancehall king was at Accra-based Hitz FM and he had some very huge claims to make.

According to artiste, he is a musician who has gotten rich through investing both in his art and other things. This according to him has given the opportunity for him to help those he calls the ghetto youth.

As YEN.com.gh monitored the interview, it seemed the artiste was confident in the sort of admiration his fans have for him. And so he proceeded to speak of what he has done.

Hitz FM host Andy Dosty then asked why he seems to brag about what he does for others. According to Dosty, other celebrities do not do that.

To this, Shatta Wale asked: "Did you ask Sarkodie what he does for the youth when he cam here?" The interviewer said there was no need because he was sure Sarkodie was in the business of helping people.

Shatta Wale responded: "No, he doesn't. Sarkodie doesn't help his people because he does not have money to do it."
