The victim had come to the court with his lawyers to move an application for the release of his passport which he deposited as part of his bail conditions.

However, whiles proceedings were ongoing he fell to the floor and began to gasp for breath.

Mr. Obeng-Andoh quickly rushed to offer him first aid, upon realising the man was unresponsive.

The efforts of the embattled “doctor” helped the victim regain consciousness, to the relief of his relative who had accompanied him to the court.

Mr. Obeng-Andoh then pleaded with the CWO to get a wheelchair to transport the man to a nearby clinic.
