Stonebwoy may have been justified in his angry response to Shatta Wale
In an uncharacteristic fashion, Stonebwoy finally reacted to barrage of insults that has been aimed at him by Shatta Wale.
Interestingly, Stonebwoy's former partner Samini is pleading to the public on behalf of the former.
YEN.com.gh however, has compiled reasons why the "Problem" hitmaker may have been justified in responding to Shatta Wale's abuse.
1. He has generally refused to respond to Shatta Wale
Ghanaians have witnessed several attacks coming from the way of Shatta Wale to Stonebwoy in the last few years. But it seems the Ashaiman-based musician could no longer hold on to not firing back.

The saying goes that every dog has its day. Stonebwoy has barely responded to Shatta Wale except on very few occasions.
2. Music is also about branding
Shatta Wale has by far succeeded in branding himself as a street-kid or more popularly, a ghetto-hailing musician. He has had people buy into the story that he came to riches from rags.
Stonebwoy presumably knows what branding means. If a musician is associated with qualities such silence it can easily be construed as timidity.
Stonebwoy would not want to be branded as timid.
3. Shatta Wale got too personal
Obviously, jabs are exchanged between musicians. And in these times of youthful and hip culture it is easy for the trend to continue.
But when Shatta Wale attacked Stonebwoy, Shatta attacked his disability, Stonebwoy's mother's death among other things.
It is hard to ask Stonebwoy not to register his displeasure in this case.
4. Holding on to anger is not mentally advisable
As psychologists have indicated holding on to hurtful emotions, may not be the best way to live. It is advised for individuals to vent out their pains so as to not to be moved to more violent ways of letting their anger show.

In that light, one might say that Stonebwoy letting the whole world know the hurt he feels from his relationship with Shatta Wale, was probably the right thing to do.
