Seth Terkper appointed part-time lecturer at UGBS

- Former minister of finance, Seth Terkper, has been appointed a part-time lecturer at the United Ghana Business School

- He served as a minister in the administrations of late former President John Evans Atta Mills and John Mahama

- Seth Terkper is a chartered accountant who holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the Kennedy School, Harvard University.

Former finance minister, Seth Terkper, has been appointed a part-time lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS, YEN.com.gh can report.

Seth Terkper, who has had many years of work experience with organisations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the past, announced his new job on Twitter.

He wrote: “I have just been appointed a part-time lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School. Looking forward to exciting interactions during my Public Policy lectures. In 2017, I did same as a Corporate Executive in residence at UGBS similar to a visiting lecturer.”

Seth Terkper served as a deputy finance minister in the Atta Mills administration.

In January 2013, the then-President John Mahama appointed him finance minister, a job he held until 2016 when Mahama lost the presidential election to the current president, Nana Akufo-Addo.
