The First Lady of the United States of America, Melania Trump, has had her share of smiles ever since she touched down in Accra, Ghana.
She has so far been to the Ridge Hospital, where she donated a phototherapy machine, the Cape Coast castle and the palace of the chief of Cape Coast, Osabarima Amoako Atta II.
