John Dumelo and wife Gifty welcome first child

YEN.com.gh has sighted a post by actor John Dumelo announcing the birth of his son.

The baby, according to Dumelo is called JJ, which is John Junior, and was born a couple of days ago.

The actor is excited about the birth of his son that he could not hold back from sharing photos of him on his social media pages.

The proud father took to his Instagram page to announce the birth of John Junior (JJ), and shared a cute photo of him carrying the baby.

Another thing that has caught the attention of YEN.com.gh is the fact that few hours after the announcement of his birth, Dumelo's son has nearly 4,000 followers on social media, specifically, on Instagram, as at 4p.m. on October 16, 2018.

John Junior (JJ) has been born five months after his parents' wedding which was held on May 12, 2018.

The wedding became the talk of town, especially as people wondered and looked forward to the woman who was going to be Mrs. Dumelo.

It has been proven that the rumours which were flying around that John's wife was pregnant before the marriage were true, if the birth of JJ is to be taken into account.

YEN.com.gh earlier published a report of Mrs. Dumelo, suggesting that she was heavily pregnant, however, John and his wife, Gifty Mawunya, kept mute over the rumours and reports.

YEN.com.gh has also seen a post by actress Yvonne Nelson congratulating John and his wife, as well as celebrating the birth of J.J.

John Dumelo is one of Ghana's heavyweight actors with much influence on social media.
