It has always been the case for entertainers to try and stay in the limelight. Even the issue of showing one's nakedness to the whole world is something Ghanaians have become numb to.
In many ways, a country becoming less conservative is a good thing. In other ways, one wonders whether there are limits to what can be permitted.
YEN.com.gh puts together five female celebrities who were not hurt in any way despite going nude in photo shoots.
1. Christabel Ekeh
In 2016, actress Christabel Ekeh did not mind releasing photos of a shoot where she was entirely naked. The actress explained that it was normal model’s work.
Two years after that, Ekeh is still around. And although she has not featured in a lot of movies since, she is still rated highly by producers.
2. Sister Deborah
Deborah-Vanessa or Sister Deborah or Sister Derby is a very free-minded celebrity. She is found to be at the most liberal ends of social issues.
After Sister Derby took her photos where she showed complete nakedness, many did not even bother to think her career could be over. That is how much Derby has forced issues about image.
3. Afia Schwarzenegger
Afia Schwar is a media personality who has resurfaced in various ways, trouble after trouble. And when naked photos and videos of her came out, it looked like another trouble she was going to survive.
These days, Schwar is involved in comedy skits and still keeping her controversial arguments on social and political issues.
4. Efia Odo
For many people, Efia Odo is still a media newbie. The TV presenter came on to the scene in late 2017 and has won folks over thanks to her beauty and eloquence.
She is now a model too and one could see that her one or two naked photos have only served her well in show business.
5. Rosemond Brown
Rosemond Brown looked like someone who really needed to keep herself in the headlines and to her credit, she has succeeded.
The actress and model has turned a few naked photos and videos but she is still here riding on the wave of fame.
