The 2012 year group of Teshie Presbyterian Senior High School has gone back to the school to donate some items to facilitate teaching and learning in the school.
The past students who form part of the 2012 batch of the Teshie Old Boys And Girls Association abbreviated backward as AGABOT, donated five whiteboards, a graph board, twenty boxes of markers, ten dusters and two footballs to the school on October 24, 2018.
According to the past students, they came together to form a charitable group in order to give back to the school and the community.
As part of their programmes, there will be a health walk on December 15, 2018, to campaign against drug abuse(tramadol).
Leaders of the delegation to the school said they embarked on the donation in order to hype their upcoming projects.
The past students said their gesture was just one of their ways of giving back to the community and getting to meet each other after completing school years ago.
AGABOT ’12 year group halo indicated that they were going to donate to the Teshie Orphanage in November and were calling on the media to support them with coverage.
Pictures of the donation showed the students assembled and in a joyous mood as the old students addressed them after the donation.
Some administration members accepted the donation from the old students on the school's behalf and thanked them for their generosity.
