Sarkodie is not an artist I cherish so much; I’d rather go in for M.anifest as the rapper I admire,” Olamide said in a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on starrfmonline.com.

YEN.com.gh cannot say exactly why Olamide, known for his smashing hit song ‘Wo’ was making this revelation.

However, it could be that Sarkodie’s recent ‘Advice’ ‘diss’ song to Shatta Wale is what has caused Olamide to dislike him.

Sarkodie released that song to attack Shatta Wale; calling him names and cautioning him to be careful of his dealings in the industry lest his relevance fades.

Sarkodie also said though Shatta Wale boasts and attacks fellow musician, he could not even afford a brand new car.

Just as I am a leader of the strong and loyal fan base in Ghana, Olamide is doing so in Nigeria; we have a lot in common,” Shatta Wale disclosed in an earlier interview during one of his radio tours ahead of the ‘Reign’ album launch.

In a related development, Shatta Wale has explained that the meaning of his name Wale means “World Acclaimed Lyrical Entertainer”.

He said earlier that Shatta also means “Serious Hustlers Always Trust The Almighty”.
