Readers tell YEN.com.gh what makes them hopeful about Ghana

If the reception YEN.com.gh gets from readers is anything to go by, one would conclude that most people are facing a very difficult time in Ghana at the moment.

But indeed, most people would probably say that living standards and conditions in Ghana have never been easy. They would add that what we are experiencing now is just a continuation from the past.

Whatever the case, the belief is still held by people that somehow, they can change their situation. Something or two gives Ghanaians hope that things will get better.

So YEN.com.gh asked readers from Facebook what gives them hope about Ghana. We gathered some of the interesting comments representative of the majority.

Felix Kwame Gambrah made it political. The Facebook user is already looking to a future when "Nana Addo and Bawumia will be no more".

Day Light paints a rather sour-and-sweet picture, remarking that although there is no hope, he or she does not think there is any place better than Ghana because "you will enjoy your self day and night."

Beatrice Adjei was more hopeful, saying that "the Peace, freedom and liberty that we have" is what gives her hope about Ghana.

Someone left it on the more comical note saying that the "Ashaiman Market" gave him hope.

Marvin Godgwin Matthew perhaps, cannot immediately think of something that makes him hopeful about the country.
