Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah, also known MzGee has seemingly responded to the hullabaloo surrounding her interview with Ghanaian singer Wendy Shay.
The interview has since gone viral obviously due to the Wendy Shay response to a follow-up question that MzGee threw to her. Shay was asked: "Who are you as Wendy Shay?"
It is indeed clear that Wendy Shay took offence from what may have seemed an harmless request for further information by MzGee.
The artiste responded: "It's a dumb question. I don't want to do this interview anymore."

On Friday morning, the Joy FM entertainment presenter wrote on her Facebook page: "Mediocrity! Double Standard! Stomach Journalism!"
What YEN.com.gh cannot clarify is whom exactly her strong words were targeted at. Perhaps, MzGee feels betrayed by her colleagues who may have raised questions about her interview.

What was however much clearer was her second post, a few hours after the first. The presenter wrote: "I'm told, I just bought Kwesi Twum's Multimedia so I can blacklist artistes! Chaaiii! Too many ignorant folks."
MzGee seems to be ridiculing some of the criticisms that have come from entertainment observers who have said before the Wendy Shay interview, that she refused to ever engage some artistes.
The story is still a developing one and YEN.com.gh will keep you posted on updates.
