Barcelona maintained their unbeaten run in this year's UEFA Champions League following their 1-1 draw against Inter Milan at the San Siro.

The Spanish League champions opened scoring for the first time in the game through Brazil youngster Malcom in the 83rd minute.

Barely three minutes later, Mauro Icardi equalised for the home team to help them avoid another defeat in the hands of the current holders.

The two teams had endured a barren first half before finally finding the net towards the end of the game as the Catalans remain atop of the table with 10 points after four matches.

Barcelona won the reverse fixture 2-0 with Rafinha and Jordi Alba getting score sheet to hand Ernesto Valverde's men total victory.

The Catalans will battle PSV Eindhoven in their next UCL encounter as they hope to reach the next round with one match to spare.

In the other Group B game, Tottenham Hotspur came from one goal down to beat PSV 2-1 at the Wembley Stadium.

Luuk de Jong opened scoring for the Dutch League side as early as the second minute of the game but two second half goals from Harry Kane rescued the Premier League side from losing the game.

As it stands, Spurs are third on the log with four points but their chances of reaching the next stage are very slim.

Barcelona beat Group B counterparts Inter Milan 2-0 in a sizzling Champions League encounter played at Camp Nou, on Tuesday, October 24.

The Catalans were without talisman Lionel Messi who is expected to be out for a month after breaking his arm.

However, that did not stop Barcelona from dominating the first stanza of play boasting 74 percent ball possession and comfortably sliding the game in their pocket.
