YEN.com.gh earlier reported the sad news of Kumawood actor Abass Blinkz’s death.
The actor was allegedly stabbed in the ribs and back, causing him to fall and collapse.
He was said to have been rushed immediately to the Manhyia Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
His funeral ceremony, according to reports, has been held on Sunday, November 11, 2018, in the Ashanti Region, where some of his colleague actors and actress were present to pay their last respect to him.
Among the many mourners was Abass’ own son whose photo YEN.com.gh has sighted, and it is heartbreaking.
The boy was sitting on the laps of a woman who appeared to be wiping his tears with a white handkerchief.
His facial expression is, indeed sad, and it is a sad thing also for such a young boy to lose his father at a tender age.
The photo has touched the heart of some social media users who wished it were possible for the dead actor to return to his family.
For instance, an Instagram user, Ama Noella, wished the actor would return:

Ransfo also prayed for God to be with the young boy:
ransfo3: “Hmm may God continue with him.”
Rita described the photo as a very sad one:

Young and Rich both commented that the photo was “very sad”:

Meanwhile, the police have arrested one of the suspected killers of the death actor.
The suspect, Sumaila Tijani, was reportedly arrested in his hideout at Atimatim in the Tafo-Pankrono Municipality and is currently in custody at the regional police command assisting in investigations.
According to a police report, the well-built actor who was popular for his roles as a 'thug' in many Kumawood movies, died while trying to save his boss' wife at her house in house at Akorem, a suburb of Kumasi.
The deceased was said to have tried to intervene in an ongoing quarrel between the boss’ wife and her own brother that turned into a brawl which later became bloody.
Preliminary investigations led the Manhyia Divisional Commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Kwaku Buah, to believe that the stabbing incident occurred at about 10:30 am.
