Ibukun Awosika denies granting interview that claims she kneels to greet husband

First female chairperson of top bank in Nigeria, Ibukun Awosika, recently made headlines after it was reported that she still kneels down to greet her husband.

The publication generated a lot of interest from readers because a number of people believe successful women are not respectful to their husbands to the extent of kneeling down to show regard.

According to reports, it was claimed that she said:“No matter what you think I am, in my house, my husband, in spite of my achievement, is the head of the home.

However Awosika’s attention has been drawn to the interview and she took to her Twitter page to reveal that it was all cooked up because she granted no such interview.
