Dating Bill Asamoah and pregnancy rumours hit me hard - Maame Serwaa

Kumawood star, Clara Benson, known in showbiz as Maame Serwaa has revealed two things that nearly affected her acting career.

According to the young celebrity when reports went viral that she is dating actor Bill Asamoah and also being pregnant nearly broke her down.

Maame Serwaa made this known in an exclusive interview YEN.com.gh on November 20, 2018.

She said, “Dating of Bill Asamoah and pregnancy rumours really hit me hard.”

When asked who is her celebrity crush in the entertainment industry she mentioned gospel artiste Joe Mettle as her male crush and actress Nana Aba Anamoah as her female crush.

In defending her statement why she chose Mettle as her celebrity crush, she said the singer is so decent and his music his inspiring.

YEN.com.gh had previously reported a story of Maame Serwaa as she was named a brand ambassador for KNUSTFord University.

The university also gives her a four-year degree scholarship and they will be supporting her projects as well.

Not too long ago, Maame Serwaa was honoured by the University of Cape Coast. She was awarded for her contribution in the movie industry. The budding actress was honoured during the premiere of the television series ‘One Over Eight’ held at UCC on October 20, 2018.
