AC Milan plotting to raid Chelsea and sign Fabregas, and 2 other stars

- Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso planning to sign three Chelsea players on loan in January

- Cesc Fabregas, Christensen and Gary Cahill are the stars on the radar of the Serie A side

- The trio have had limited playing time in the Premier League this term and they are willing to join another side to get more action

Italian League giants AC Milan are reportedly plotting to sign three Chelsea stars on loan in January.

The Serie A representatives have already met with Blues chief Marina Granovskaia in a bid to sign Cesc Fabregas, Gary Cahill and Andreas Christensen.

All three have not had enough playing time under new boss Maurizio Sarri since his arrival in the summer from Napoli.

According to Daily Star Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso is suffering a huge injury crisis at the club as three defenders and two midfielders currently ruled out until next year.

Meanwhile, the Sun report that the Italian manager is hoping to leverage on the relationship with his compatriot Maurizio Sarri.

Cahill has only made one Premier League appearances this season while Christensen has not tasted EPL action this term.

The Danish international has already threatened to leave the club if the situation continues and they will hope they can reunite the defender to the list of Blues star at the club.

Tiemoue Bakayoko joined th San Siro side on loan at the start of the season afterfailing to impress at Stamford Bridge since moving from Monaco.

Chelsea and Milan agreed on a clause to make the move permanent for an additional £31m once the loan finishes.

But the Serie A side are not willing to cough out that amount of money for Bakayoko, according to Tuttosport. They will offer a cut price of £22 million instead.

"I don’t like being jeered, but I understand it. I hope they applaud me soon,” he told Sky Italia.

"I have done good things but I am only at the beginning. I hope to be decisive and to help Milan re-enter the top four in Serie A."
